Mum took a break from preparing New Years Eve dinner to go for winter hike with me and Miss Lauren. We chose Moore Cove as I was curoius to see how the waterfall was fairing in the cold weather. It was gorgeous! At the base of the waterfall a giant ice mountain had formed, complete with a crevice. I wish I had packed my ice axe! I would have practiced for Mt. Everest.
Sorry, the lighting wasn't great, so the awesome icicles at the top of the waterfall didn't really come out, but you can use your imagination.
