On Memorial Day Monday we headed up to Ticcoa Lake in the Connestee Falls neighborhood for a play in the water and a BBQ with our friends Jack & Sam (Josh and Amy are their parents). Mai came along too, as did Perry, Broden and Eli. The weather was perfect, til about 7pm, the water refreshing and the food and company simply lovely. A great way to finish up our Memorial Day weekend.

Daddy was helping Mr. Josh with the burgers and hot dogs. It started raining about 30 minutes into the grilling. Yikes!
Getting in a canoe with two smoking strangers who are more concerned about their beers than me! Where is my mother and what is she thinking?
