Head out on the highway...looking for adventure or whatever comes my way. Born to be wild! Sing it along with me...Born to be Wild! The first leg of my first road trip was from Brevard, NC to Lexington, VA. We left at 9:00am and arrived at the Leasures promptly at 3:00pm. I was a real champ. I slept the first three hours while Mommy was driving. We stopped at a quaint wee rest stop in rural VA where I got to see some cows and I went back to sleep for the duration of our trip. Glen and Peggy were gracious hosts' and we all enjoyed a delicious dinner together followed by a pancake breakfast in the morning. Next stop, Annapolis, Maryland.
