Halloween Day was a gorgeous Sunday. Mom dressed me in orange, plopped some ears on my head and I pretended to be a kitty cat, as I played with an actual kitty cat. Then dad and I celebrated in true kiwi spirit with a bbq. We decided as a family to skip trick-or-treating, something about a dentist bill was mentioned????

Halloween Part 4- Halloween Fest 2010
Halloween Part 2- Carving the Pumpkin
Last year Grandpa Coadwell had the honor of carving our pumpkin into a jack-o-lantern, this year I was offered the honor but declined. Daddy did all the work. I actually didn't touch hide nor hair of the goey innards of the pumpkin.

A Sunday Drive on the Parkway with Pat
Our pal Pat came to visit and see some leaves this Sunday. He is so much fun, feels like one of us kids. I call him Uncle Pat, he's like family.

Halloween is just 12 days away, so Daddy and I went to the pumpkin patch today. Here I am showing off my very own pumpkins. See how strong I am?

Fall Photo Shoot 4
Saved the best for last. These two shots are my favorite of the day. Mom says my eyes gleam in the first photo and my cheeks are too cute in the second. BRAG!

A Fall Photo Shoot
Mom was camera happy this morning and I was feeling smiley, must have been the hat, or maybe the bike!
Climbing Poles
I saw the cat climb up the pole of the swing and thought I could do the same. I wasn't quite as successful as Sir Ed, but I enjoyed trying.
Mt. Biker in the Making
I looked around for a challenge, as riding down the hill became too easy, and found these logs and thought I'd ride over them with my bike. I think I'll be ready to ride in the forest by next week, I'll just keep practicing for now.

The Estatoe Trail
On our way back down from Graveyard Fields, mom and I stopped in at the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the new trail linking downtown Brevard with Pisgah National Forest. I met up with my friend Nora and we took to breaking in the new trail. As you can see, it was a lot less windy and much warmer than it had been up on the parkway.
Graveyard Fields Forever
Friday morning mommy and I loaded up and took off for the Graveyard Fields on the Blue Ridge Parkway to join the leaf looking crowds. Man, was it windy! I thought I was going to blow off the ridge, but we survived and had a lovely morning amongst some gorgeous autum colors. Mom's favorite color combo is the orangey/reddish leaves against a bright, blue, clear carolina sky.
